take the B169 out of Chemnitz, then continue driving through the village of Neukirchenn
stay on B169, leave Neukirchen and turn left at first opportunity at the sign “Gewerbegebiet Adorf”; drive approx. 500 m to a roundabout
take the first exit on the right at the roundabout and drive in the direction of Adorf

coming from the A4 motorway from Dresden, take the A72 motorway towards Zwickau/Hof, then take the Chemnitz Süd exit towards Chemnitz

approx. 1 km after the village of Leukersdorf, turn right at the turn-off for the Neukirchen commercial zone, drive approx. 500 m up to the roundabout
