Universal measuring instruments for the quality inspection of gears

Measuring instruments for gears are marketed by MHD Werkzeugmaschinen as a supplement to the sales programme of gear cutting machines.

These are mainly universal instruments for single flank and double flank rolling tests. Our gear measuring machines are suitable for random sample measurements in production. Gear manufacturers are thus enabled to continuously monitor the quality of their products and to react quickly in the event of deviations by making adjustments. In this way, costs for rejects are reduced.

All universal measuring instruments are equipped with measuring electronics and software and generate data via a PC. Measurement results and evaluations are provided in the form of printed measurement reports.

MG 280 PC for analytical evaluations is equipped with various sensors and measuring electronics. Data is generated via a PC and made available as a printout. Various quality standards for comparative measurements are stored in the software (DIN, AGMA, ISO and GOST).
